It is unclear whether or not Tiny Scully would appreciate Tiny Mulder's grand gesture.

It is very likely she would explain to Tiny Mulder the eventual damage of so many locks attached to historic bridges, all for the silly and narcissistic purpose of publicly-proclaimed affection. It is clear, almost certainly, that would make Tiny Mulder love her all the more. Long live tiny love!
